Fits size medium to large. Medium will be slightly oversized and relaxed and large will be a regular fit that allows a bit of breathing room. 

Good vintage condition with some signs of wear. Waistband has a bit of elastic it's loosing. Right arm has a small hole on cuff near seams. Unnoticeable - it was too good not to grab. Bit of fraying on ends of drawstrings
