I have bought from be kind rewind on 3 occasions and each time I have been so impressed by the whole process. Syd thinks of every little detail when it comes to the online shopping experience; from the website design and functionality to the descriptions and pictures of the products and the sustainability of the shop. 

Two of my orders were local pickup which both went down seamlessly, and one order was delivered - very promptly! Everything I have ordered was received exactly as described and in pristine condition. The packaging is adorable with the added bonus of being totally recyclable, with compostable packaging tape (did I mention the tiny details?!) 

Syd has such a great eye for fashion and high quality vintage finds; I love expanding my wardrobe in a sustainable way while supporting a local business! My experience with bkr has been so pleasant from the beginning (scoping out new finds on Instagram @bekindrewind.shop and browsing the website) to end - receiving my vintage gem with outstanding customer service!
